Program Highlights:

1. Four-Week Sprint (Starting January 2025):

   • A 45-minute individual session with Shelby and Belinda to explore your personal goals.

   • Two 60-minute group sessions covering key leadership concepts, with follow-up assignments for deeper learning.

   • A final 60-minute individual session to reflect on your progress and plan next steps.

   • A 30-minute check-in call within 60 days of the final session.

   • Sprint sessions are held virtually on select Saturdays, 8:00-9:00 AM EST.

2. Monthly Group Calls (February - June 2025):
   Join monthly group calls to tackle challenges, celebrate wins, and stay on track.

3. Additional Individual Support:
   You may schedule one extra 60-minute individual session between February and June.

4. Exclusive Gift:
